You need to send across all your past Medical Records to the doctor. Do not get worried. You can send it to us and we would have it sent to the doctor for review. After review, the doctor sends in his diagnosis and the treatment. If needed, the doctor would also request for additional tests to be performed before confirming the treatment.

This would also be followed with a call with the doctor where the doctor explains you the diagnosis, the pre-treatment care, the treatment, approximate treatment cost and the potential risks & complications involved. You may use this time to ask any of the other queries that you may have.
